TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from OXUN Ltd. By placing an order with us via our website (www.oxun.co.uk), you agree to the following terms:

OXUN Ltd is a manufacturer and trade supplier. Our products are sold on a business-to-business basis to showrooms and trade customers, and these terms apply on that basis.

1. Bespoke Products

All OXUN vanity units are made-to-order and customised to your specifications.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage incurred during delivery.
We encourage you to carefully check all dimensions, finishes, and specifications before placing an order.
Upon placing an order you will be required to sign the production unit off. Sign-off of production drawings, dimensions, and specifications is final and is the responsibility of the customer.

2. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed and signed off, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
Orders cancelled before production may be subject to administrative or material charges at OXUN’s discretion.

3. Delivery & Inspection

We advise all customers to inspect goods upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours of any visible damage or defects.
Any claim for damage or defect must be accompanied by clear photographic evidence.
Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
All deliveries must be signed for. Delivery dates provided are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

4. Installation Requirements

Vanity units must be installed by a qualified plumber or bathroom installer to ensure proper function and warranty compliance.
Any electrical components must be installed by a certified electrician in accordance with UK safety regulations.
OXUN accepts no responsibility for damage caused during installation or by incorrect fitting by unqualified persons.
Fixings supplied may not be suitable for your wall build up. It is the responsibility of your installer to ensure secure wall mounting.

5. After-Care

Vanity units must be cleaned using warm soapy water and a soft cloth only.
Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, or abrasive materials.
Failure to follow after-care guidelines may void your warranty.

6. Warranty

All products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, covering material and workmanship defects only.
This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, moisture damage due to poor ventilation, or improper cleaning.

7. Liability

OXUN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products.
Our liability is limited strictly to the replacement or repair of the faulty product or component at our discretion.
OXUN is not responsible for any labour costs, removal, reinstallation, or other associated expenses incurred in relation to the replacement or repair of any item.
OXUN will not compensate for any late deliveries made.

8. Rectifications, Site Visits & Returns

OXUN Ltd is a manufacturer and trade supplier. We supply showrooms and trade customers on a business-to-business basis and do not attend site or carry out installation, fitting, or rectification work at any location.
Any product requiring inspection, adjustment, or rectification must be returned to our workshop. All rectification work is carried out solely at our premises; we do not undertake site visits.
Goods returned for rectification must be packaged in the original crate and securing materials in which they were supplied. Where the customer retains the original packaging and the item is repackaged and secured to the same standard as supplied, OXUN will arrange and cover the cost of pallet courier collection and redelivery.
Where the original packaging has been discarded, or the item is not secured to the original standard, it is the responsibility of the customer to adequately package, secure, and arrange safe transit of the item to our workshop, or to deliver it in person. In such cases the risk of any damage in transit rests entirely with the customer.
OXUN accepts no responsibility for installers’ time, labour, call-out charges, or any other costs incurred where an item requires rectification, adjustment, or return, including where a fault or requirement was not identified prior to installation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
